	I'm using andLinux on a 5 yr old Thinkpad XP Notebook with 512 Megs of RAM (and DDR1-SODIMMs to increase to the 1 GB maximum of this box are unreasonably expensive) which makes any virtualization of Linux rather slow. I use gnome-terminal and emacs on a daily basis. In gnome-terminal I mostly run ipython, ssh, netcat, nmap and lftp. I also sometimes use gtetrinet. ;-)
